Parent/Legal Guardian consent
Evidence of competitors birth date (passport, National Identity card)
Present all additional documents requested by Notice of Race during registration at the Race Office.

This form is applicable for FOREIGN SAILORS ONLY. Sailors with Turkish Nationality should use YBS system as usual. Bu form SADECE YABANCI KATILIMCILAR içindir. Türk yarışçılar her zamanki gibi YBS (Yelken Bilgi Sistemi) üzerinden kayıtlarını vereceklerdir.
